Deal packaging builds on our property sourcing service. It includes deeper deal analysis, organised property information, negotiation support and help coordinating the next steps. Where required, we can introduce clients to independent solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, builders and other property professionals.

What is complete property project delivery?

This is our most comprehensive service. Depending on the agreed scope, McNamee Properties can identify and assess the opportunity, coordinate acquisition planning, develop the refurbishment plan, manage contractors and project delivery, and prepare the completed property for rental or resale. Every project is assessed individually and the agreed services are confirmed in writing before work begins.

What is property flipping?

Property flipping generally involves buying a property, completing improvement or refurbishment work and selling the finished property. McNamee Properties may undertake its own property projects or provide complete project delivery under an agreed client arrangement. Project costs, timescales, market conditions and final outcomes can vary, and no profit or return is guaranteed.

What fees apply?

Our fees depend on the service and scope required. All McNamee Properties fees, payment stages and any known additional costs are explained and agreed in writing before work begins. Fees charged by solicitors, brokers, surveyors, contractors and other independent professionals are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
